Refund policy
Every piece at Leftovershub is export surplus and limited, usually one piece per color. We check each piece before sending it, but if something is wrong, we will make it right.
When you can exchange
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- the piece is damaged or defective, or
- you received the wrong item.
How to request an exchange
1. Open the parcel in good light and check the piece as soon as it arrives.
2. Message us on WhatsApp (03182530165) within 3 days of delivery.
3. Send your name, order details and clear photos or a short video showing the damage.
4. We will check and confirm your exchange on WhatsApp.
What we will do
We will send you a replacement of the same item. If the same piece is not available, we will offer you another piece of the same price, or a refund of the item amount.
Delivery cost
We pay the delivery cost for the exchange when the piece is damaged, defective or wrong.
Not eligible for exchange
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
- Items that were worn, washed or altered
- Size or color change of mind (please check the size and color before ordering)
