Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched the same day or the next day after we confirm them on WhatsApp.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Delivery charges
- 1 piece: Rs. 199
- 2 or more pieces: Free delivery

Payment
Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. You pay when the parcel reaches you. No advance payment is needed.

Parcel opening
Opening the parcel before payment is not allowed. Please pay the courier and then open the parcel. We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening it, so that if the piece is damaged or wrong, you can send us the video for an exchange (see our Exchange Policy).

Order confirmation
After you place an order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp (03182530165). Please give your full name, phone number and complete address so the parcel reaches you without delay.

Delays
Delivery can sometimes take longer because of weather, holidays or courier delays. If your parcel is late, message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up for you.

If you refuse to accept the parcel, you must pay the delivery charges.
